Summary: Duschen, vattnet rann sakta. Restaurang was fully booked and noone told us to book when we arrived, we asked what time it opened. Had paid in advance they asked again for payment, their mistake took 20 minutes to sort out

Summary: Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

Summary: Overall very happy with our stay. Breakfast slightly disappointing however - arrived downstairs about 9:15 and not much available. Bed also quite tired -(room 230)

Summary: Easy sign in, Staff pleasant and efficient. The deal included breakfast and was well worth it as walk-in clients seemed to be paying more! Room very clean, bed very comfortable. Lift access convenient.

Summary: A good hotel in convenient tarea. Due to covid not much service😔No milk and had to request tea/coffee for room. Vichy itself was beautiful with much lovely architecture and UNESCO thermal waters.

Summary: The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and the breakfast never changed. Could have used a variety. Last three days there one elevator was down and one coffee machine in the restaurant. Made for long lines for coffee for breakfast

Summary: Room is big, mattress comfortable. The room has an open view. Quick walk to thermes Dome and Halls des Sources. Celestine Vichy Spa is also within easy reach. Restaurant serves Local French food. Hotel resident can have discount over lunch, and entry ticket to sports and aquagym at Thermes Dome. Restaurant better make reservation.
